I’m Jennifer, and I am so happy that you are interested in coaching.
I specialize in, but am not limited to, coaching women in Christian ministry. Whether you are just beginning your journey in ministry or have been serving God for most of your life, I am here to help you walk through the ups and downs of ministry life.
As a full-time missionary in Ecuador for the past 7 years and previously in South Korea, I have experienced the peaks and valleys of missionary life. I know how to celebrate the small victories of ministry as well as grieving big losses. In my own personal journey, I have experienced depression and burnout in which, through the help of counseling and coaching, I found growth and a new balance in life and ministry rather than leaving full-time ministry.
As a life coach, my desire is to walk alongside and empower those who desire to grow and find their full potential in Christ while living cross-culturally. The 1-1 coaching process combined with your commitment, encourages you to find rest, balance, and health as you pursue God-empowering transformation in your lives and ministry.
The "rotem tree" or "the broom tree" that we read about in the Bible is God's provision of shade in the desert. It reminds us that He will give us exactly what we need exactly when we need it. As Christians, we are called to be a refuge or shade for others as well. My desire as your coach is be "just enough" shade for you as I point you towards the one who is all sufficient shade.
